Arabian Axles believes in
to provide the customer an After Sales-Services
on top priority, which is the key to the success of boosting
sales on high volumes. |

To serve the customers and to provide On
Time Services we have set up a Well Equipped
Service Center along with Mobile Service Team
at 2nd Industrial City in Dammam adjacent to our factory. This
will suffice customers to bring the Trailers, Tankers, Tippers,
Dumpers etc to our service centers to service our axles and
bogies which are under warranty period and also which is not
covered by the warranty. |

We also undertake the Service Contract
on yearly and long term basis for the other brands of bogies
and axles of different origins. |

To support the service center we have experienced
Service Technician & Service Engineers
who will attend and rectify the claim and necessary advice will
be provide to the customers for the further action. This interaction
between the Customers and Service Team will help us to build
up the relation for the smooth function of After Sales
- Services to meet the customers satisfaction. |
